Jan – Grant Support Letters
Article written on 2019-02-22 by: Adrian Meseberg
On January 28th, 2019 Green Bay Trout Unlimited provided grant support letters for two area entities in need.
The town of Beaver was looking for grant dollars for a culvert replacement project on the North Branch of Beaver Creek. This is a coldwater resource GBTU worked on as recently as September 2016 (CLICK HERE to see the article on that work project day). Beaver Creek is class 1 Wisconsin trout water.

Also, the Lakeshore Chapter of Trout Unlimited, our neighbors to the south, were looking to secure grant money. They want to apply these funds to work on waters in their area including the Onion River and Nichols Creek. Both the Onion and Nichols are class 1 Wisconsin trout waters.

Thanks for all you do for our coldwater resources !!!
