June 15 – GBTU 2024 Work Project #2

Dear Volunteers,

With the successful completion of our first summer habitat project, we are now gearing up for the second one with DNR just around the corner. Scheduled for Saturday, June 15th, we will be meeting at Fireman’s Park in Mountain at 8:15 am before heading to the project site. This project will involve the creation of brush bundles and clearing brush for improved fishability on Waupee Creek.

For directions to the site, please CLICK HERE.

If you have gloves, waders, or hip boots, please bring them along. Alternatively, if you prefer not to wade, rubber boots will suffice. Remember to dress appropriately for the weather, rain or shine. Our chapter will provide all cutting equipment and lunch, so kindly confirm your attendance. Should you have any queries or require further assistance, do not hesitate to reach out.

Looking forward to seeing all of you on the 15th!
