Sept/Oct Community Outreach
This fall Green Bay Trout Unlimited (GBTU) continued with our pro-active approach to community outreach by partnering with area conservation groups for a couple different events.

Fly-Tying with GB Southwest H.S.
For four days in late March-early April, GBTU volunteers helped Green Bay Southwest High School teacher Tom Sebranek and his class learn the art of fly-tying.

Cabela’s Community Outreach
On March 19th and 20th, from 10am - 2pm, the Green Bay chapter of Trout Unlimited (GBTU) teamed up with Cabela's Green Bay to hold our 2nd fly tying community outreach event.

2015-Jan-17th Cabelas Community Outreach
On January 17th and 18th, Green Bay Trout Unlimited and Cabelas, held a community outreach fly tying event. Over the two days, we had about 2 dozen customers and tied up approximately 50 flies.

2013-Mar-5 Junior Ikes
On March 5th, 2013 members participated in a Saturday morning introduction to fly fishing in co-operation with the Brown Co. Izaak Walton League and their children's Jr. Ikes program. Instructors and kids enjoyed casting and fly tying.
